Very nice hotel furnished with Andalusian flair. Spacious room with a small window without a view. Staff was helpful, breakfast was sufficient. Location is great, you can go anywhere!
A little more variety at breakfast would be good.

We liked it a lot, especially the reception area. Room was big. Breakfast is ok.
The air conditioning wasn't great. Couldn't be regulated. At night we had a totally bad air in the room.

We appreciated the very helpful staff and the free coffee bar.
We had a room without a real window. They offered us another room, but unfortunately we didn't like that either, because it was on the ground floor.

For 4 persons it was very narrow with extra bed but for 4 nights its OK, if you travel with relaxed friends.
Despite the stop switch, the air conditioner caused the room to get cold overnight.

The location is superb, with all major sites within a short walking distance, which adds to the overall charm of the stay. The staff are genuinely friendly and go the extra mile to provide recommendations for dining. There were issues with the air conditioning being disconnected and a non-functional fridge, which detracted from our comfort during warm days. Daily room cleaning was consistent, though we encountered a forgotten bin liner.

The location is great for sightseeing. The hotel is very authentic with a courtyard. The staff is very nice and helpful, everything is very clean. At certain times of the day you can have a free coffee and other hot drinks in the small dining room.
Unfortunately the room was a bit dark and it was difficult to get fresh air, because the window was facing a small courtyard. But then it was very quiet and good for sleeping and the air conditioning worked perfectly.

Loved it from the moment we entered, would recomand this place. Had 4 nights in Seville, spent our time here lovely. The location was comfortable and perfect by the taxi from the airport. Went to El Rinconcillo for drink or two, set a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. The check-in was friendly and the atmosphere was family overall...

Excellent lobby, large flat panel TV with international channels, strong Wi-Fi connection
The rooms were all subpar with slopping floors. Accessibility issues with stairs leading to moldy rooms!!! Not having tea/coffee facilities inside rooms is a letdown!!!

The hotel is in a good position for visiting Sevilla. Staff is very friendly and helpfull. Our bedroom and bathroom were big enough for a family of four people. I enjoied the old style of the hall.
The continental breakfast was not very good in comparison to the price.

The location of this hotel was excellent - walking distance to most of the big tourist attractions in this charming city. Staff were helpful. There are internet facilities - wireless in the reception area and a computer which you can use for a couple of Euro for an hour.
We got a family room for 3 adults, which was awkward because the two rooms are not separated with a door. However, for a family, the room would be perfect and it was fine for a few days. Going back though, I would have preferred my own room.

Delicious coffee (espresso, capuccino) for breakfast. Dreamlike location directly in the nature park far from the hustle and bustle in the city. In the morning you can go directly for a bike tour or hiking.
We arrived at 11:00 and there was nothing left to eat. The kitchen closes too early.

The hotel's got a very authentic andalusian style patio. The front desk staff were very helpful and seemed to be pleased to help. You can leave luggage there after check out, in case you have a late flight.

Charming old building with nice covered patio, with free tea, coffee and cookies in the afternoon. Good central location, easy walking distance to main sights. Friendly staff. Free wifi, but not in the rooms.
My room, the bathroom, the tv and the breakfast room were smallish. The hotel is on a very narrow street, which means that cars are passing at 50 cm from the front door.
